THE MILITARY CAMPAIGNS OF EMPEROR NERO, THE NEGRO – CONGLOMORAMATON WEST (ROYAL - EUROPE)

INTRODUCTION

Of course - Race is no longer such an issue as it was during "The Prelude" (1985-2025) and during - "The Times: Of The Age Of The Interregnum" (2025-2046.)  "Emperor Nero, The Negro" - is a Black Man - some say he is still alive and is reputed to be a 'Physical Immortal' - apparently, he has not been seen by any independent observer - in decades - but he is reputed to reside at his Palace in Italy, his colour is beyond dispute - he is a Black Man.  From being the head of the "Black Consortium" - in what was then - the United States Of America - he was apparently secretly funded - by "influential Whites" - aspects of his funding - was clearly the dark money - of those American oligarchs, which had financed - various insurrections and coups - civil uprisings - which eventually led to the Second Civil War of America (2020-2035) you could therefore say that "Emperor Nero, The Negro" - was a beneficiary of that Civil War - but even if that were the whole truth, he must be given some credit for his spectacular rise in Europe. 

The influential Whites who had financed him - had not anticipated such a canny operator - as oligarchs often do - they underestimate - those who are not of their own. But his understanding of "street politiks" - "street gangs" - which by then had become a significant and influential aspect in the shaping the global world - with its connections with the globals cartels and their multifaceted consumer - oriented - distribution networks - and vertically - connections with the private armies, all of which represented major aspects of security - within most nation states, Conglomoramatons and Cosmetropolis. They had no doubt thought - "plant this black man - in European soil - and he will flounder - and we can manipulate him - he will become a victim to the now powerful populist movements - which held sway in Europe" - and as is the way with these oligarchs - they love chaos - and what more chaotic than to "plant a Black princeling" - because he would be given status of some sort - within the criminal underworld - in the "still free bile and delicate popular sections" - those who still had regard for 'Politics' - 'Race' - 'Class' - in Europe - he would be supported.

What they had not anticipated however - was his military abilities - some would say genius - this work deals with his military campaigns in Europe.

BACKGROUND

It is 2035 and the Russia-Ukraine War continues.  It has evolved - mutated - it is now principally a "machine war" - the battlefield skies are filled with drones - and other automated mechanisms - the drone has proved a hardy instrument of war - rather like the spear of the ancients and the guns of the modern "pre-prelude" soldier.  But they are still recognisable - they are noisy, that has become a feature of their operation - and they are visible.  In Cyberspace the battles there - are conducted quietly - "data" - information" - "intelligence" - that's what wins wars.  

It was the Emperor's successful use, of one could almost say now, antique mechanism of the drones - which led to his initial spectacular successes - I say initial, because after a while, his innovatory military practice with the drones eventually became standard and military - tactics.  But he was an innovator - forward thinking - forward looking - at his courts - were magicians - alchemists - scientists - all mixed into some alchemic mixture - to produce an understanding - of the non-physical realms - as is the way with the Blacks - he was comfortable in these worlds - in a way that his European counterparts - seemed to lack.  His European counterparts did not have - call it superstition - but it worked and he amalgamated the workings of the mind - with the workings of machines - in his own idiosyncratic - some would say non-scientific way - but it equalled anything - within the most advanced city state - Cosmetropolis. "CINIC" (Centralised Integrated Network Information Command) itself, acknowledged that in addition to "Man and Machine" - there was some third element - which was a proper source - of incorporation into the management of global affairs. The Emperor it seems had discovered this, himself.

It was not only his mind - drone technologies, which gave him the edge in war - it was his practical reading of things - perhaps he read them much as he had read the streets of inner cities of the United America, where he grew up.  He could have foretold - that Black mercenary armies - would be at the core of his conquests - but then the Emperor understood human nature - and he with experience - learned to appreciate power of money and wealth - the streets - were a battlefield - were they not?  The Black private mercenary army soldier, became a significant weapon in the "Russia-Ukraine War" and in European wars in general - and he not only foresaw it, but had privately made sufficient - provision to capitalise on it and consolidate his nascent commercial criminal activities - to develop what would become - his empire and he - "Emperor Nero, The Negro" (Conglomoramaton West, Royal.)
